103 passengers and two patients airlifted

Kashmir School timings revised


Srinagar,March 29 (Scoop News) –      103 stranded passengers of Kargil were airlifted in Kargil Courier today. 30 passengers were lifted from Kargil to Srinagar, 51 from Srinagar to Kargil and 22 passengers from Kargil to Jammu. The flight from Jammu to Kargil got cancelled due to technical defect and the flight will now operate on 30th March.

            Meanwhile, one serious lady patient was airlifted from Tuleil, Gurez to Srinagar and another lady patient was airlifted from Dudhi, Machil to Kupwara.






Meanwhile Director, School Education Department Kashmir has issued order No: 581-DSEK of 2012 dated 29.03.2012 and announced change of school timing with effect from 2nd April 2012. As per the order all Government and recognised Private Schools, within Municipal limits of Srinagar shall function from 9 am to 3 pm and those in rural areas shall function from 10 am to 4 pm.
