3 ways to motivate yourself.
Motivation is a prime ingedient when creating intentions for yourself.
1. Visualize.
This is the first and most important form of motivation.
If you sit very still and accept each thought as it comes and very gently let it go without any form of stress and move back to the thought you want to think about,the visualization goes a lot better.
Another way of visualizing is to act out the thing you´re trying to manifest as much as possible.
This means using as much of your body as possible in your visualzations.
This is best done when you´re alone.
2. Vision board.
This is a way of bringing your visualizations into a more concrete way.
All you have to do is paste some pictures of the thing you want on a large piece of cardboard.
You might even like to use some magic markers to write some motivational words and phrases.
3. 30 day challenge.
This is a very good way to motivate yourself.If you aren´t sure,you can stick with it.
By giving yourself 30 days,you´ll be automatically cutting yourself some slack.
It´s easier to tell yourself you can quit if you´re not feeling it.
And since most habits are created by repetition and since it takes 21-30 days to create a new habit,there´s a good chance theat when the 30 days are done,you´ll stick with it.
