Freddie Kruger had done this in the movie and so with the insane family in Texas Chainsaw Massacre. They depicted cruelty in a disturbing and sickening way by which they feel gratifications every time they inflict harm to their victims.
The same goes with Herr Hitler who let his feared SS and Gestapo in administering brutality to millions of Jews in World War II. The pains, agonies and sufferings are unbearable for the victims. But to the one doing it is sated to the highest level.

The sadist Revilla inflicted the victim with never-before-seen kind of torture that almost immobilized the young body of the poor victim as shown on national TV. The victim’s flesh has the mark of untold brutality. The torture was excruciating, mentally and physically. The torture happened continuously until the victim could no longer bear the sufferings and decided to seek help from authorities and the media.
This is not the first time that the psychotic Princess Revilla was accused of torture. In 1997, the reincarnation of Hitler in the person of Princess Revilla inflicted the same pattern of pain and agony to her two defenseless maids. She loves doing it actually, and she did it again. Expect no justice for the victim because the Revillas wields immense power in government. And they will continue to inflict harm to the weak and defenseless ordinary people unless they will be voted out in 2010 election and make them irrelevant.
