ABOUT TEMPER TANTRUMS

Temper-tantrums are uncontrolled  outbursts of anger.Such behavior may include hitting, kicking, biting & throwing things about.Temper-tantrums are a normal stage in the development of emotional control.it is an attempt by the child at controlling or dominating the enviornment & his parents .He may show temper when he fails to achieve what he wants or when he wants to seek his / her parents attention.So temper-tantrums are not considered problem behavior for preschool-age children.However temper-tantrums persist beyond this age, they become problem behavior.
