Adria Petty Premiers Paris Hilton Documentary "Paris, Not France"

Adria Petty, film maker and daughter of musician Tom Petty, premiered her new movie "Paris, Not France" at the Toronto Film Festival last week. The film is a documentary about gossip celebrity Paris Hilton and paints the hotel heiress in a positive light, something not many have been able to do.

Adria Petty took one full year to create the documentary, following Paris Hilton to interviews, business meetings, photo shoots, errands, parties and everything in between. She spend hours interviewing Paris, her family, her friends, gossip reporters and average people trying to answer the question, Why do we watch?

Adria Petty made sure her movie showed Paris as a well-spoken, funny and smart business woman capable of creating an industry based on her name and image. Paris Hilton attended the Toronto premier and is pleased with the results.
