After Damour's Death on Black Friday, His Family Files Suit Against Wal-Mart
Black Friday on Friday, November 28, the day after Thanksgiving, would be a day of infamy and notoriety. It would be the case in Long Island, New York. The scene was insane and chaotic at the Long Island Wal-Mart. Shoppers had stormed through the doors in a crazed frenzy.
Unfortunately, there was one casualty. The person that died was Jdimytai Damour, who was 34 years of age. He was not the shopper. But, he worked as a hired independent contractor. He would be providing security. Overall, Damour was killed in the line of duty.
He got trampled by the shoppers. Damour died as a result. This is a day that not many people will soon forget. Also, the shoppers that participated in the Black Friday frenzy have blood on their hands as a result of trampling Damour to death.
Damour’s family is taking action though. The family has already filed a lawsuit against Wal-Mart and the security firm hired by Wal-Mart. They are definitely taking action against Wal-Mart for its “reckless negligence.”
The lawsuit has already been filed.

Rating: No RatingMr. Damour was my cousins brother who she never met. He was her father's son, whom he kept a secret while having an affair with his mother. Its sad considering that his last memories were people bum rushing him to save a few dollars on material stuff. To think I almost got up early with my 9 yr. old daughter to participate in that mess. Walmart should have been more prepared.
