BUG related to Intel Quad Core Q6600 Processor

I just brought Intel Quad core processor Q6600. And I found an interesting thing about it.
I was trying Abit IP-35E Mother Board. When i fixed all things and started the pc, it gave me error of overheating of processor (to about 85C at initial stage only :| ). I tried other motherboard, same thing happened again. Then I tried diffrent RAM (I was using orignal Transcent RAM ). Again same error.
Then i tried ASUS P5Q MotherBoard..again same thing happened.
But this time I tried Kingston RAM and VIOLA... it worked fine. Then i tried same processor with Kingston RAM on same Abit MotherBoard and surprisingly it worked fine there also.
So from this experience, I can say that please dont use Transent RAM with any of Intel Quad core processors. I searched on Intel site about this error but it is not mensioned there.
If anyone knows something more about this situation please let me know.
Thanking you in advance.

P.S. :  When I tried different options like different Abit board or RAM ,  it was sealed and not second handed board.
So no question of faulty Mother Boards or RAM. :-|
