Bihar State government stops air-dropping of food packets

The air-dropping of food packets have been stopped by the state government on Sunday. All the Indian Air Force helicopters, except one, have been sent back. However, the 35 column of army is to remain in the affected areas till mid-October and will continue the evacuation works.

Acording to the reports the state government has decided to use motor boats for providing food materials to those who have preferred to stay back in their respective homes.
