Diet For Healthy Eyes



Certain foods always help to keep our eyes healthy and in great shape, they also keep us away from vision problems.


 Also for good vision we need to do eye exercises they really help but people often don’t have awareness so they don’t do them.


 And now about the food you should take to keep your eyes healthy. If we can follow the below list and make them a part of our diet then most of our eye related problems will be solved.


 Broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, bok choy, kale, spinach, romaine lettuce, mustard greens, turnip greens.
