July 24, 2008 Dr. Kevin Antario Brown, the son of Bermudan Premier Ewart Brown, was arraigned in a Los Angeles court yesterday for 19 charges of sexual molestation. He is being held on $4 million bail.
14 of Dr. Kevin Antario Brown's patients have accused him of sexually molesting them, some while receiving medical treatment from and others outside of his medical office. Some of the specific felony charges he faces are lewd act on a 15 year-old, rape, sexual battery by fraud and sexual exploitation. If convicted of these crimes, Brown could face 25 years in prison.
Dr. Kevin Antario Brown is also under investigation for multiple healthcare fraud schemes and for over prescribing the pain killer oxycodone. His trial has been adjourned until August 7.

In the beginning I wasn't sure what to think about the alleged charges facing my doctor "Kevin Brown" however in light of him being released from jail in October he has since closed down his medical office. No type of letter of intent to close or information was given to his patients in advance. I am very, very angry that I have to wonder if I will be able to get my medical records from this office. We as patients of dr.. Brown have done nothing wrong but we are being punished for choosing a doctor that has a lot of legal issues to deal with and has no ethics about the well being of his patients.
