Dr.Rajesh Talwar released from Jail

Dr.Rajesh Talwar accused of being involved in the killing of his own daughter walked out of Jail more or less as a free man when the CBI failed to find any hardcore evidence to suspect his involvement in the murder of his own daughter.

Strange are the ways the police whether it is the local thana or the CBI operates; It took fifty-days for the CBI to find out that this man already aggrieved by the death of his daughter in a brutal way was not involved in the crime; for this they have to treat him first as a criminal, talk in varying ways in the media, oppose his bail plea and finally say that he is innocent.

Yet the man can walk out only on a bail after executing sureties; Still there has not been any significant human right laws to prevent such type of occurrences which to say the least destroys the lives of otherwise peaceful people.

The Media does its damage by such gimmicks as the first one to break the news, keep the limelight for its own revenue earning benefits by asking such sms polls which are to say the least silly by nature and finally raises the question ,' who is responsible for such excesses'," is it the media or the Police?" and makes some more bugs by such questions.
