Goodbye Is Not Forever

Today is a beautiful day! I am looking forward to seeing a field hockey game and enjoying the weekend.  My Redskins have a pretty good chance at beating the Eagles Saturday. 

On a sad note, the father of a church classmate of mine was killed earlier this week.  He was the sole provider.  The family is still in a state of total shock.  Funeral services are tomorrow.  Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers. He had a relationship with Christ.  As a Christian, I know exactly where her father is.  I know the family is comforted in knowing that thanks to what Jesus did on the cross for us, if you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and trust Him as your Savior, goodbye is not forever.
