The famous author JK Rowling said she was very much delighted by her new book sales. The new book named The Tales of Beedle the Bard, raised £4 million for the Children's High Level Group (CHLG) charity in its first two weeks of release.

Rowling said:” I am absolutely delighted that so much money has been raised. I would like to thank everyone who has so far purchased a copy of the book." All royalties from the sale of the book are going to the charity.

The CHLG theme is to help "children without families, many of them with disabilities, whose voices have been unheard for many years.” was co founded by Rowling. The Tales of Beedle the Bard featured in the seventh and final Harry Potter novel.
