Impact of Improper Sleep on Hormones



According to researchers of Chicago
University, lack of proper sleep in night
affects morning testosterone levels of older
men.



Dr. Plamen Penev focused on 12 healthy men
aged between 64 and 74.


The results of the study raise the possibility that older men who obtain less actual sleep during the night have lower
blood testosterone levels in morning.
