Jack McClellan has admitted that he is sexually aroused by young girls aged 4-11. He even runs a website discussing the best places to watch little children and to "promote consensual touching (hugging, cuddling, etc...) between men and prepubescent girls."

Jack McClellan says he has never sexually touched or abused a child and he has no convictions of sexual abuse. Even though he has a restraining order that says he can't be within 10 yards of children in California, he is free to walk the streets and quench his desire to look at young girls. If it was legal, Jack McClellan says, he would have consensual sex with prepubescent girls.

Many are scared at what Jack McClellan might do and who his pro-pedophilia Web site might reach. On his website, www.pdxgl.info, McClellan lists events in Portland, OR, where he lives, where young girls tend to congregate. The list includes everything from a Fourth of July parade to a county fair to Portland's Chocolate Fest. He rates them 5 ("Little Girl (LG) Heaven, Top Notch!") to 1 ("poor") based on the total number of LGs, the number of "cute" LG and, my favorite, "how conspicuous unaccompanied men would appear."

One man even bought the domain name www.jackmcclellan.com to raise awareness about him and educate parents about pedophilia. Until he sexually abuses a child, Jack McClellan is a free man. Is that too long to wait?
