James Patrick Wonder Arrested for Murder of Donald J. Pettit

James Patrick Wonder, 65, was arrested yesterday and charged with the murder of Donald J. Pettit after a 24 hour manhunt.
James Wonder allegedly shot Donald Pettit in the head during a road rage argument. Both men pulled into the parking lot of a post office during a busy afternoon when Wonder shot Pettit in front of Pettit's young daughter and then sped off. James Wonder had a license to carry a concealed weapon. Police are confident that James Wonder is the shooter in this case.
Donald Pettit was a federal customs agent and former soldier. He leaves behind a wife of 18 years and two daughters.
