Jorja Fox Will Return to CSI

Jorja Fox, the actress who plays Sara Sidle in the CBS drama CSI, will return for the show's ninth season this fall.

News of Jorja Fox's return comes as somewhat of a surprise because she quit the show. Executive Producer Carol Mendelsohn reported that Fox will be featured in "multiple" episodes of the show this year.

CSI Crime Scene Investigation has been one of the most popular shows on television since its premier in 2000. The show follows a team of forensic scientists as they investigate crimes in the Las Vegas area.

At the end of last season, Jorja Fox's character left town unexpectedly leaving behind only a note to her fiancee and fellow CSI detectives. Fans of the show worried they would never see her again until this week's news of her return.
