With One IPO in September, India Beats US

IPO in India means the new offer of a commpany's shares to the public in the country's capital markets. We know Global financial crisis is wilting all over the feilds,As one of  the Indian IPO(Initial Public Offering )market saw just one initial public offering making the mark last month,but it was still a better performance than a complete drain- out in the US.This is the first time in the past six years when the world's largest economy and capital market saw not a single IPO during a month.In the Indian primary market whilte mineral manufactures 20 Microns was the only firm which dared to bring out its toll on the local bourses as small, recieved good response from investors with the issue getting subscribed over four times.The issue price has been fixed at  Rs 55 per share the upper end of the price band.
