Kid Attacked By A Pitbull

Marikina City – A pitbull escaped from his cage and attacked a 10 year old kid. The victim was identified as Christopher, a student, and a resident of La Colina Village, Marikina City.

According to his father, Alex Revilla, 30, his son was bitten by a pitbull in his right leg.  He recalled how frightened his son was. His son shouted in fear and in pain while the dog would not loosen his teeth on his son’s leg.

Christopher sustained a deep wound in his right leg and several bruises. He is still under observation at Saint Vincent Hospital. According to the doctor they need to observe the child because they are not sure if the dog has anti-rabies vaccine. They still need to verify this to the Municipal Veterinary Office to be sure of the treatment to be done.

The pitbull is owned by a certain Floredeliz Cayton. The owner of the dog refuses to extend any help in the hospital billings of the child. The father of the child already filed a case against the dog’s owner.
