Our Prayers and May God Keep Brooke Bennett-Victim of a Sex Crime in Vermont, USA.

It is another sad day for mothers and fathers across America. Another one of our children have been taken by a sex offender and murdered.
Brooke Bennett’s body was found a mile away from her uncle’s home after another brave teen came forward to assist in the investigation. Apparently, according to media sources such as MSN, and local news from the area, Michael Jacques is the 42-year-old accused of her murder. The teen helping the investigation claims to have been initiated into a child sex ring, and has been having regular sex with members of this ring (Jacques was named) for the last five years. Her brave breakaway from this monster has help authorities recover Brooke’s body.
According to affidavits, Michael Jacques was a sexual offender previously charged and convicted of sexual assault and kidnapping.
E-mails suggest in an affidavit released Thursday that Jacques coerced or enlisted the other girl to help him in luring Brooke Bennett into the alleged sex-ring.
A second man (Brookes step father) is being held without bail and charged with obstructing Justice. Raymond Gagnon was in the area on a regular visit when he was arrested.
According to reports, Jacques had entered Brookes MySpace page and tampered with posts to make it look as if the Girl had run away with someone she met online.
State authorities have dropped charges against Jacques for having sex with the other teen, with out prejudice and with the probable feature of recharging him after federal authorities try him in the death penalty case. Kidnapping a child that results in that child’s death is a cause for the death penalty according to the federal laws. This story makes my heart ache for the families and friends of this beautiful young girl whose life was taken at the tender age of 12. May God give her a crown and jewels as she is entered into the greatest kingdom.
