Morgan Lancer Dead After Freight Train Accident

Morgan Lancer was hit by a Connecticut Southern Rail train on Wednesday, severing the 26 year-old's legs. After emergency surgery at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, she died on Thursday afternoon.

Morgan Lancer was hit by the freight train behind the New England Dodge Music Center. Police believe the accident was just that and not an attempted suicide and are still investigating how the accident occurred. Morgan Lancer is from Burlington, Vermont.
