Motorola sues a former executive for revealing the secrets to Apple inc's iphone division by joining them

Michael fenger accepted "millions of dollars in cash, in exchange for agreeing not to join other competitor company for two years after leaving motorola

It demands damages and repayment of stock options given to him in exchange for signing the non-compete agreement.
