Pakistan Mobilizes Troops, Moving Away from Western Border
Islamabad, Pakistan: Pakistan has started mobilizing the troops, that were stationed on the western borders with Afghanistan, just to assist the NATO and US troops, in the war on terror, against Taliban and Al-Qaeda insurgents present on the both sides of Pak-Afghan border.
Pakistan army’s spokesman told the media, that the troops are being mobilized from the tribal areas of North Western Pakistan, towards the eastern borders with India, in case of any misadventure from India, Pakistan army’s been put on high alert position and Pak army is ready to defend its territorial integrity and sovereignty.
Chinese has assured Pakistan of full cooperation in case of any invasion from India, Pakistani authorities confirmed that to the media, however, Chinese foreign minister in a telephonic conversation with his Pakistani counterpart Shah Mehmood Qureshi and China is in contact with Pakistan.
Pakistan is ready to retaliate to any limited, surgical strike or a full-fledged war from the Indian side.
Talat Masood, a Pakistani defence expert, opined on the present tension, that Pakistan would not be a soft target for India, in case of war, because India should keep in mind that Pakistan is nuclear power too.
Manoranjan Bharti, an Indian journalist from NDTV, Indian Channel, while speaking to a Pakistani news channel, that the Indian Prime minister has told the nation that there are no possibilities of war with Pakistan.
Monoranjan Bharti also added that Pakistan and India, both are the victims of terrorism and they should avoid any confrontation.
On the other hand, India has issued a travel warning to their nationals, to avoid traveling to Pakistan.
