Regard For Human Life Hits All Time Low At A Brooklyn Hospital

Several weeks ago, 78-year-old Angel Arce Torres was crossing the street in Hartford, Connecticut. He was hit by a car. Torres’ head hit the side of the car. His body was slammed onto the ground hard like a rag doll. He laid there in the middle of the street writhing in pain as nobody came to his aid.

The traffic surveillance video was posted up on YouTube. However, it was removed shortly after. Nobody had bothered to come to Torres’ aid.

A similar incident has once again happened. This time, it has taken place in Brooklyn, New York, at a psychiatric ward. This was caught on video tape and posted onto YouTube.

The victim was 49 year old Esmin Green. She was waiting in the emergency room for almost 24 hours. Green had collapsed from her chair and fell onto the floor face down. In the video, it shows that nobody had come to Green’s aid.

The other patients did not react let alone help out Green. To make matters worse, neither the guards nor the hospital staff came to Green’s aid. Staff and security had checked on Green three times. Still, Green was still laying on the floor motionless. In short, nobody came to Green’s aid.

Several people have been fired because of this.
