Salman Khan in Jail

Film Star Salman Khan was taken into police custody at Jodhpur airport on Saturday morning. Afterward, the artist's lawyers cased an appeal against his 5-year jail sentence in the 1998 Chinkara poaching case. Though, Salman has presently been taken to jail and is probable to be in prison for at least three to four days. On Friday, the Jodhpur Sessions court had dismissed Khan's appeal against his assurance.

Later than being not present from the court on Friday, Salman ruined all conjecture on Saturday by announcing that he would be capitulateing. ''A warrant has been actually issued and as per recommendations from my lawyers, I am going to Jodhpur to surrender. No one has told me to get there but I am going there as an accountable citizen who abides by the law,'' told Salman. The Film Star besides his lawyers and family members caught the 1130 a.m flight to Jodhpur from Mumbai. His associates also incorporated film director David Dhawan and actress Katrina Kaif.
