Stripper Patsy Hamaker Wants Strip Club to Pay for DUI Wreck

Patsy Hamaker, a stripper at Birmingham strip club The Furnace, says she left work one night so drunk she wrecked her car.  The crash caused Patsy Hamaker to be seriously injured.

Now she wants the strip club to pay for her bills.

The crash happened October 17, 2007.  Patsy Hamaker says that The Furnace encouraged the girls to urge customers to buy the dancers drinks.  The strippers were compensated a share of the drinks money.

Patsy Hamaker's lawyer Alan Smith filed the claim last week but declined to say whether she is still employed as a stripper.
