New York have been as the top Fahion city of the world.Secondly Mumbai is on 22 and Delhi is on 24th number.New York is on top from continuous 5 years.After that comes Rome,Paris,Milan,London,Los Angels,Sidney,Las Vegas,Berlin and Tokyo.All these have have become first 9 top fashion cities.This survey was done by Global Language Monitor.According to them Mumbai have gone down this time by 4 numbers.And Delhi have taken place for the time in top 25 cities.
