Wall St. has been the nudest beach - as noted by the Oracle of Omaha, Warren Buffet, talking to CNNMoney.com's Poppy Harlow.

Warren once quoted, "You learn who has been swimming naked only when the tide does away". He was feilding a question on who he thinks has been swmming naked in the wake of this credit crisis.
