Who's Hand Is It Anyway?

The BCCI has announced Rs 100,000,00 to anyone who finds out whose hand it was.

The BCCI is the Board of Control of Cricket in India. Featured here is star player Shanthakumaran Sreesanth after scoring against the opposing team. Sreesanth is known for "exuberant and emotional behaviour, especially whilst appealing for and celebrating wickets."
