A traffic accident this morning in Beijing, China

This is a  traffic accident ,8:15am,Mentougou district in Beijing, China. At that time, I was driving a jeep on the road passing by. I saw a truck was lying there. I took these photos then.The truck's owner's right arm was broken. but no one was killed.
