At least 16 killed as suicide bomb blast rocks Pakistani city D.I Khan

Islamabad, Aug 19: At least 16 people including many police personnel have been killed in suicide bomb blast in Dera Ismail Khan city in NWFP province of Pakistan.

The blast occured following killing of a utility store manager near District Headquarters Hospital.

"As the dead body of manager was shifted, the blast happened in crowd of peopel gathered at hospital," sources said.

A DSP Malik Mushatque was also injured while relatives of two Associated Press of Pakistab reporters Adnan Zaidi and Yawar Abbas were also among the wounded, sources added.
