Baby Dies After Falling Through An Icy Pond

Two boys, one aged 6 and the other aged 11 had both fallen through ice into the freezing water near their home yesterday afternoon.

Joshua, who is Ben’s friend aged 8 had done his best to save Ben. He had gotten a big tree and tied his jumper round it and passed it to Ben who let it go.

Joshua ran to his dad to get some help who joined the effort of saving Ben. Even though people were trying to break the ice, it was too thick.
