"Bad bowling reason for India debacle"

"Indian bowlers did not bowl up to their potential and ultimately we lost to Pakistan," team manager Anurag Thakur said.

"Overall India performed well, which is evident from the win against West Indies, but defeat against Pakistan ultimately proved costly and we found ourselves out of the tournament," Thakur said.

Thakur recalled, "Sachin along with some other teammates had their food together, but Sachin had food poisoning and was possibly dehydrated."

"He was feeling weak and that was the reason why he felt giddy and hurt himself in the hotel room.
