More Dead and Injured in Pha Kant, Jade- land of Myanmar

On July4, there has been collapsed in Myanmar Jade- land, Pha Kant situated in Northen Myanmar, Kachin state; because of continuous heavy rain for 3 days

There are about more than 100 deaths. Eighty corpses are found by one of Christian Association in colapsed land. Roads are blocked by damaged buildings and so some reliefs have to bring by man-labours(manually).

Ngo such as World Food Organization could not help so far.

Injured could not get medical treatment at  government hospital of Pha Kant due to lack of enough medicine there. Hospital can only treat patients with diarrhoea .

Pha Kant produces jade and also gold.
