The main attractions are the beautiful temples dedicated to the Pancha Pandava, the five brothers of the Mahabharata. Especially lovely is the Amarnarayana temple with its shrine of Bhimeswara, where Bhima, the strongest brother of the Pandavas, is supposed to have installed a Shiva Linga.
