Philips buys Alpha X-Ray Tech

Netherlands-based Royal Philips Electronics has announced the acquisition of mumbai-based Alpha X-Ray Technologies.Alpha is a leading manufacturer of cardiovascular X-Ray systems targeting the economy segment of the domestic market.Alpha will become part of cardiovascular X-Ray business within philips healthcare sector.
