Police ASI shot at near Darish Kadal in Srinagar

Srinagar, April 20 (Scoop News) – An Assistant Sub Inspector-ASI of Police, Sukhpal Singh No. 4193/S, posted with Police Post-Bagyas-Chattabal, was, fired upon by Pistol borne militants from close range near Darish Kada, leaving him in pool of blood.

According to Police that the injured ASI was immediately rushed  to Shri Maharaja Hari Singh-SMHS,  Hospital Srinagar, where he succumbed to his injuries.

          An appointee of 1983, as constable in the J&K Executive Police. Late Sukhpal hails from village Chatoosa-Dangiwacha, Baramulla and is survived by old aged Mother and spouse.
