REPORT SAY: 13 MLM COMPANY RESIGNED FROM APLI.

Todays bussiness newspaper report said that 13 MLM firm quit from APLI(Asosiasi Penjualan Langsung Indonesia) membership. APLI was known as the Indonesia ruled out the direct selling practice company in Indonesia. Most of the direct selling company registered here highly assure for future rather than those doesn’t registered.

For each direct selling firm for admittance for this association now need to able to raise its minimum capital account about Rp.500 million. This new role was arranged in permendag no 13 years 2006. About the early 2010, Indonesia will allow foreign investor investing their money in the MLM firm which also able to run their bussiness here in Indonesia. Their ownership can reach about 60% of capital, started from Rp.5 million meanwhile domestic investor can own 40% of ownership, started from Rp. 2 million. The MLM must also have SIUPL(Surat Izin Usaha Penjualan Langsung) rather than IUPL(Izin Usaha Penjualan Langsung) from memperindag(menteri perdagangan Indonesia).
