Recovery of Greek Professor Athanasee Laironaise third delegation left for Nooristan.

CHITRAL: To recovered kidnapped Greek social worker Athanasee Laironaise third delegation left for Nooristan (Afghanistan). As some unknown persons abducted the Greek social worker Engineer Athanasee Laironaise on September 8 who was later shifted to Nooristan Area of Afghanistan. It was revealed that Mr. Athanasee Laironaise is in possessed of Taliban.  The district administration detailed a delegation for negotiations with Taliban  leaders  who went to Nooristan  in September and discussed the matter with Taliban leaders who demanded for payment as ransom of  2 million $ and releasing of 3 top level Taliban leaders one of them is telling to imprison at Gawantanamoby  prison and two at Afghan prison. The delegation returned back to Pakistan and communicated Taliban message to district administration along with their demands and letters by Athanasee Laironaise. The delegation comprising over 12 members were hopeful for recovery of Athanasee Laironaise. A second delegation under the supervision of Abdul Majeed Qureshi former Nazim Union council Ayun and Mulvi Abdul Nasir of Shekhandeh with a 12 members group left again for Noorsitan in October hence during that period Taliban had attacked ally (Amercian/NATO) forces and had killed 16 persons. As a result Taliban had shifted to some other safe place and they denied and apologized to debate or hold a session with delegation of Pakistan for recovery of Athanasee Laironaise. The second delegation returned back unsuccessful but they brought some letters from Nooristan which were handed over to district administration. Hence the district administration arranged to send a third delegation for this purpose and the third delegation is comprising over only two persons Abdul Majeed Qureshi and Musa Khan residents of Shekhandeh Bumborat Kalash valley. An officer of district administration while talking to APP told that we are hopeful that the delegation will success to talk with Taliban leaders and to persuade them for releasing of Athanasee Laironaise. A number of Kalash and Muslim community protested for releasing of Athanasee Laironaise at Chitral also they conducted a Press  conference at Peshawar and demanded for early releasing of Greek citizen Athanasee Laironaise.

Koh union council will get communication network very soon.

An important meeting of elites  of Koghuzi union council Koh  was held at Municipal library under the chair of Tehsil Nazim Chitral Sartaj Ahmad Khan. The notables demanding time and again for installing PTCL, Mobile or Wireless tower as the whole territory is totally deprived from telephone facility. Sartaj assured the delegation that he contacted high ups of PTCL and other mobile companies who assured him for providing phone facility. Akhunzada Rahmatullah Naib Ameer JI also offered for providing land free of cost for construction of telephone exchange or installing tower of any other communication service. Chairman Koh integrated Development program Abdul Ghaffar Lal thanked Sartaj Ahmad Khan on behalf of residents of Koh area for his sincere efforts in this regard and assured of fully cooperation of his LSO.
