Refused Entry of Hong Kong people to Macau

Macau has refused the entry of some of the Hong Kong journalists and scholars for a while. They announced the entry of these people will make their society unstable. These days, in the TV program of Hong Kong, the scholars discussed about the real reason to the situation. But until now, it is unclear. Some scholars think Macau, as an independent region, has its right to refuse any person’s entry. Meanwhile, some scholars claim Macau is a special administrative region of China and while China Mainland didn’t refuse these Hong Kong people’s entry, Macau has no right to make that action.

For politics, I know and understand a little. I am just curious about the reason, but I don’t think it is much related to me. So I don’t care a lot.
