Singapore F1 Grand Prix 2008: Day 2 Qualifying Round

As Singapore made history hosting the world's first F1 Night Race for the all highlighted Grand Prix Season 2008, it is currently in the day 2 of this event. Off to the table of F1 Season 2008, McLaren-Mercedes' s Lewis Hamilton is right on top of the table with 78 points. Right close behind is Felipe Massa of Ferrari with 77 points. Robert Kubica of BMW Sauber is at the third spot with 64 points.

In this Singapore Grand Prix, F1 2008, Qualifying round on 27 September 2008, Felipe Massa of Ferrari got to the lead held on to it very strongly. Lewis Hamilton of Maclaren Mercedes had magnificently edged to the second place from the tenth placing earlier. Towards the dying seconds of the gain, it was Hamilton and Massa competing for the finish line. Lewis Hamilton had done brilliantly edging up from the 14th place to the top three position, but it was Felipe Massa of Ferrari that claimed the win of this very breathtaking race. Hamilton settled for the second place.

The stage has been set for tomorrow's (28 September 2008) F1 Season Night Race. We will see whether the current leader will maintain his lead in this F1 Season 2008.
