The most expensive dessert in the world is worth 25,000 USD called the 'Frrrozen Haute Chocolate' and is served in the restaurant Serendipity 3 Restaurant at New York City's Upper East Side. This extravagant dessert not only has 28 rare cocoas and truffle shavings on it but 23 carat gold dust which is edible! Incredible...
