On August 31, 2010 one of Mobiles fire inspectors set up an inspection for a new business located in the festival center. The festival center is located south of Airport Boulevard between Montlimar Drive and Downtowner Boulevard. The address for the festival center is 3725 Airport Boulevard.
The business that was to be inspected is now Virginia Collage. Virginia Collage renovated what were two department stores a Ross store and a bath and body store. Virginia Collage renovated these two department stores into a state of the art learning facility where the public can come and get a state of the art education in many different fields of study.
