Dear readers, Mr. Tsering Tsomo has complained to this reporter regarding the publication of a story named “Dalai Lama’s envoy Thinley Gyatso at Sino-Nepal border?", saying this is false. He has stated in his mail that no meeting between Paras and anybody called ‘envoy’ has taken place in Mustang.
