AIIMS To Be Fully Functional Next Year

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) would be fully functional by next year at Bhubaneswar.A s per the available information; the ongoing work will be completed by before December next year. 

The hospital is located at Sijua of Bhubaneswar, which is one of the outskirts of the city. At present the construction work is in full force and its standard will be at par with its counterpart organization in New Delhi. 

In 2003, the previous NDA government had given proposal for six branches of AIIMS across India and it was approved by the Cabinet committee of economic affairs in 2006. The other branches will be located at Bhopal, Jodhpur, Raipur, Patna and Rishikesh. Hopefully this is going to add to the transformation of medical services across India.
