Doctors Removed Metal Bar through Surgery which got Pierced in the Body

An expert team of the medical college hospital today surgically removed a metal bar from the body of a man which got pierced after he accidentally fell down.

The incident happened early this morning and the man subjected to surgery was Balachandran Nair (48), residing near the health centre in Pangappara.

The surgery was conducted by the team led by the unit chief of the surgery department N R Saji Kumar.
