Holidays are a great time to get together with family and friends.

Maybe someone cannot be with their family or maybe they do not have any family at all.
To help avoid holiday loneliness and depression, here are some tips that could make your holiday season brighter.
Volunteer: During the holidays, churches and shelters are looking for volunteers to help with serve meals for also, Check out senior citizen facilities as well, maybe you are good with art or music, there are many seniors who also feel depressed during the holidays and having someone sit with them and talk to could very well brighten their day.
Become a Caterer. If you have a flair for cuisine, create a business where you can supply holiday meals. Due to people's work schedules, sometimes they do not have time to cook or maybe they do not even know how to cook at all; this is where you come in. Post flyers all over town, tell your friends and co-workers that you can cook holiday meals and deliver them at prices cheaper than Boston Market. Odds are, someone will contact you. This is a great way to stay busy during the holidays, make money and maybe create a new career for yourself.
