Tips in Avoiding Cellulite

Cellulite is a common term used to describe superficial pockets of trapped fat, which cause uneven dimpling or “orange peel” skin. It is commonly found in thighs, buttocks, and abdomen.
- Eat more fruits, vegetables and food with lots of fiber.
- Have a regular exercise.
- Drink plenty of water to keep body well-hydrated.
- Maintain a healthy body and avoid gaining too much weight or losing weight.
- Avoid smoking.
