Tips in Avoiding Cellulite
Cellulite is a common term used to describe superficial pockets of trapped fat, which cause uneven dimpling or “orange peel” skin. It is commonly found in thighs, buttocks, and abdomen.
Here are some suggestions by US National Library of Medicine which can help prevent unwanted fats in the body:
- Eat more fruits, vegetables and food with lots of fiber.
- Have a regular exercise.
- Drink plenty of water to keep body well-hydrated.
- Maintain a healthy body and avoid gaining too much weight or losing weight.
- Avoid smoking.
