Jessica Alba has filmed a spoof music video to help her fiance cash warren promote his new social networking internet site.

Alba, who is seven month pregnant, is seen lip-synching to panic at the Disco's back to the streets in the video.

 And the 26 years old layina has even has posted a message on her web page, urging fans to sing up to the new site.
