Because you are as beautiful as the way you are
An urban planner's website operationbeautiful.com has become a hot topic among women around the world. The reason? It's fun, it makes you feel good and it's as simple as slapping a Post-it on your computer screen.
In June, she scribble the note "You are beautiful" on a Post-it, took a picture of it and uploaded it on her website.
Surprisingly, her followers soon spread the world, including women from Japan, Korea,Germany and even Iraq.
The latest poster is Rachel,a teenager from New York. She wrote she and her friends posted over 30 "beautiful" notes in a "huge New York mall" and "every person who passed by the notes saw them and smiled."
"People are discovering that when they post an Operation Beautiful note, it helps them as much as it helps other people," said Boyle.
She also received loads of responses to those Post-its she put on issues of Weight Watch magazine and snack packs.
"As women, we are always in the mindset that we have to improve," she said. "You are enough the way that you are."
